[help]error tab payment back office

I have just installed 1.4.3
I get same problem/error.

When I click on Payment or Modules in backoffice.


i see only 3 links, (currencies, taxes, vouchers).
and
"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/igstrcom/public_html/modules/twenga/lib/TwengaObj.php on line 561"

I think you need to allocate more RAM (memory) to your web server. it can be changed in PHP.ini file.
find the line something like this and change to bigger number

memory_limit = 64M

I think 64 M is still small. try to put it as 128M so to see what happens. I am using 128M.
It also could be some bad module that cause the memory issue.
have installed any new module recently?

that's really weird if you have increased to 128 M it still not working.
maybe something else. maybe you try to set a bigger one such as 512M?

install new prestashop v 1.4.3
memory_limit to 512
and when click on the tab payment =>>>error

one more thing, I am not sure what is your environment.
I am using WAMP. There two PHP.ini, one in under php folder, another one in apache folder, you need to change the one under apache.

Hi my friend, as I said I trust. but really have no idea why this would happens.
From there error message, it seems the module has problem.

Can you try to remove following module (the whole folder) physically from your modules folder?

/modules/twenga

I think this warning message comes from some module. I am not sure which because the message does not tell from which module. most cases is the one you are work on it.
