Installing v1.4.2.5 on Zend CE Server generates FastCGI error

I installed Prestashop 1.4.2.5 on a Zend Community Edition under WindowsXP workstation,
however, on step 3 and 4, I encountered the CGI/FastCGI error.

Then my installation got stuck on step 4.

I tried to check if fastCGI is supported on my Zend CE server configuration
and it was.

I also tried 1> changing the prefix, 2> dropping my prestashop database and
3> using a newly created presta database on mysql, it didnt solved the problem.

Can somebody help me on this issue?
