Jumpship
I've just installed version 1.1.0.5 - it's a brand new installation and it's working great except that in certain circumstances such as when I add a new supplier or a new attribute to a product the changes aren't reflected on the page. The data is stored OK in the database but the only way I can see the updated record is to close my browser and re-open it and then the new supplier or attribute are there and OK.Is this a problem with my browser or Prestashop doing some sort of caching? Thanks,Steve. jhnstcks
I have the same problem with one of my sites using the new version.
TropischBruin
This is correct, in some cases you need to close your browser if you want to see some changes in your back-end.

jhnstcks
SVN is the developers version of prestashop and can be accessed here, with a bit of work. It tends to have the bugs from the bug tracker fixed, aswell as some of the new features. It can be quite buggy sometimes, but I have found that both my sites are quite stable at the moment. Jim_C
Folks, for me, in Firefox; I have to press F5 twice, then the pages are updated the second time.
smbotans
i have added the following code to HEADER.INC.PHP after <HEAD> (a file you will find in your ADMIN folder) and it seems to have fixed the updating problem: may be others can try to see if it is indeed a workaround for firefox ... i understand that this will not work if you use MSIEsergeps the code essentially tells firefox not to cache the admin files to your hard disk which means that you always get a 'fresh' copy everytime you access your back end ... that's my understanding any way :-)
