IE add to cart and cart doesn't work properly

I have a massive problem with ie, namely i have curtain cart on the right column which i don't know is on the top (when i add cart to the top it stops work so i found that if it is in the right column it is still on the top ). Nevertheless, my problem is that when i add something to the cart the cart sometimes disappear, the add to cart button cannot be pressed two times, and i have no animation from the ctt to the basket. PLEASE PLEASE CAN ANYBODY HELP ME, i asked few questions on this forum without any answer but this time can anybody help me pls.
