paypal dont show up, please read!! help!

Hi,
in the front office paypal don't appears ... :S
after user pass shiping in payment only apperears 2 modules, and paypal is missing :S


I have been reading a lot of posts and i have done everything..

prestashup 1.4.2 version
paypal module 2.4 version
Back Office > Preferences> Performance
Smarty:
Force compile: no
cache: no

Caching:
Use cache: no

Modules -> Paypal

First tab:
Solution:
Choose a solution:Payments by credit cards
Option:
- empty
- empty

Second tab:
Settings:
Sandbox mode (tests): inactive
Payment type: direct(sales)
PayPal account e-mail: [email protected]

Activation of API calls:
API Username:: paypal_api1.myhost.com
API Password: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
API Signature: vCNxh.J6z-4DmOWVZIUOfNiHB6AvCNxh.J6z-4DmOWV....etc

and thats all

I don't have httpS running (not have a certified right now thats the problem?)

Did you check that it is enabled for the country you are trying to use it?

It's in the payment tab in the backoffice.
