Problem with parent categorie

When I create a category (see the picture) it doesn't appear the name of the category
I have to load 6 categories and errase the default ones but without the name
and description it will be difficult to administrate
Let me tell you that they do appear in the front office page
Name an category appeared in the first category I created but then I changed the
description but in the back office the change doesn't appear
