Don't want Paypal redirect to Paypal site.

All my product is not including shipping cost , and I want to let customers know the exact total amount later. I don't want customers pay directly without total price confirmation from me.

So on payment method , I want customers just inform that they would like to pay with PayPal
and can confirm the order after that at once without redirect to PayPal site to pay directly.

How can I do ? How to modify the Paypal module or create a new module to solve my problem.
I don't know how to create a module at all ,don't have knowledge about it.
I use Prestashop 1.3.1 and Paypal v 1.6
