MikeJD
I have been having a problem with adding attributes to a product also. When I add the list of attributes the price displayed is always 80% of what it should be. I can't figure out what is happening. I have posted on this forum to try to get an answer and so far there has been zero response.I wondered if there is something wrong with the software, bug, etc. I would suggest you don't expect an answer any time soon to your query unless you can find someone offering professional help, ie paid. greenabubs
ok made some progress! mike i am assuming you have created all you attributes you need so then when you go into each product here is what i have done..opened the productgone to the combinations tab and added each combination separetly so you end up with a list in the table at the bottom.Have you checked that all the values are at 0 like impact on price, impact on weight ect. sorry if you already did this and apologies my explaining is rubbish
MikeJD
hi, thanks for the reply.I first added the single product with its price which displayed correctly. I then added the size attributes (single, double. kingsize) with increases in price for the latter two. Immediately the displayed price dropped to 80% of the correct value for all three (including the increase in price for the larger sizes). I don't know where it is getting this information, or how to stop it.I am now trying to find an experienced Prestashop developer, preferably reasonably local to me, who might be able to assist.
