need help with theme and layout

Hi all i'm using the time theme for 1.4 and looks sweet.

Thing is ive tried changing the header file to get the face book link working and it wont change no matter how many times i upload the file.

Also if you click online store it takes you to all the products, is it possible to change them so there in a grid as in 3 products across and x amount down.
