[Solved] messed prestashop up - please help!

I am just starting to build my website with prestashop, i wanted to create a welcome page on stickerwerkz.com before the customer got to the actual shop.

I've done this but in the process i have managed to completely mess up my prestashop control panel, i've taken a screen shot - http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3293/5842331667_c8f5276eb3_b.jpg
It's only prestashop cp that has done this, other webpages are fine.

Is there any way i can reset this at all?

Basically i want my welcome page at stickerwerkz.com and my shop at either shop.stickerwerkz.com or stickerwerkz.com/shop and i'm a bit lost as to how to do this, i've searched the PS forums but still confused!

I want to use the 'matrice' theme as a base, once it's back to how it should be then i can go back and edit all the image files no problem, i know what i'm doing with that side of things haha

I have deleted the lot to do a fresh install now, are there any settings i can change while installing to make the shop location stickerwerkz.com/shop ?

To make the welcome page on your home page is not good for SEO.
