feurig Posted June 17, 2011 Share Posted June 17, 2011 Here is my problem. After adding an item to the shopping cart and the customer is ready to checkout, they hit the checkout link. There are three steps: First step is the account, the customer can chose to proceed as a guest or register. After they input their information they click save. This updates the next step which is delivery of method. The customer chooses the service they want either USPS Priority or UPS Ground for US and USPS priority international or UPS international for Canada and Puerto Rico at this time it shows the customer what the charge for shipping will be. However, if the customer goes back up to the checkout link and clicks it then the charges for either USPS Priority, UPS Ground, USPS priority international or UPS international become free. This is not what I want and I have found it to happen for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico. I need help what do I need to change and where so this will be fixed?
