But when I check personally colect so jump up window with text:Technical error: unable to save carrierDetails: Error thown: [objectXMLhttpRequest]Text status: parseerrorI don' t know what I do itWould help me someone? shokinro Posted June 16, 2011 Share Posted June 16, 2011 this error happens some time when something goes with javascript.try to refreash your page and clear your browse cache to see if it still appears.it is happens all the time, maybe you have made some changes affected the page, the file is damages, or you installed some new module affected. Hi,Yes, when I click to OK and refresh page so ti is ok and I continue in order.But, it is badly for my customers. What specific challenges you would have to delete or where to look?Thank you.
