You have to create a database

I keep getting this message on step 3. I am downloading a 1.3.7 (ithink) version because it didnt work with the newest one.
I am hosted on Go daddy and have a database set up, it says the database is connected but i still get that message and cant click next.

I NEED HELP ASAP!!

Have you tried to install the latest prestashop 1.4.2 version?

when i was installing prestashop version 1.4.3 in step 3 (system configuration) there are tow fields that for ( login ) and ( password )
WHAT IS THIS ??!!
what should i put in them ?
