chup Posted June 15, 2011 Share Posted June 15, 2011 i had just got my shop live athttp://www.patterns.sg/and now whenever i try to login on the back office, it will simply direct me tohttp://www.patterns.sg/backofficefolder/login.php?redirect=ajax.phpim sure the user name and password is correct.on some occasion, i'm able to see the back office for a split second and is greet with the following screenhttp://www.yaoming.sg/download/presta/screen_110615_1.jpganyone know what went wrong? xbfish Posted June 16, 2011 Share Posted June 16, 2011 Using another computer which works, login to the back-office and re-generate the .htaccess file. xbfish Posted June 16, 2011 Share Posted June 16, 2011 Based on the login.php found in /adminfolder, it seem to be some cookies problem so Prestashop redirect. Can you try clearing your cookies as well? If all else fails, try replacing login.php with a fresh new one. I may be wrong though. You may wish to update me so I will look into other sources. xbfish Posted June 16, 2011 Share Posted June 16, 2011 Good to see SG ppl here!Did the shop starts off with v1.4.2.5 or it was upgraded from previous version of Prestashop? When you navigate to other tab, is there any error message(s) when it log you out? Problem navigating to other tabs is not the problem of login.php anymore. This tab navigation problem only occurs on the computer you were having problem with initially? Does the other computer works well?
