Product attributes

I am using v.1.4 prestashop and have products which have two attributes :

Max.capacity
Division

One max.capacity has One division, but one divistion can have several max.capacities. I would like to use the layered module for product filtering according max.capacity and also according division.
The problem is, that when I change division on the product page, it displays all of the max.capacities and not only the available one for this division. So when I choose non existing combination it logically writes something like: "product with this combination is not available".

I do not know how to solve this problem :
- how to show only available combinations
- how to automaticly set the available combinations
