Import Attributes for Size and Color

Considering moving to PrestaShop from ZenCart. Would really like to do this but we're hung up on Attributes. In ZenCart it's farily simple. Spreadsheet in ZenCart looks like this:

Model Name 1434 2 Color 768 Black/Silver 1061 Gunmetal

2 is Option value for "Color", 768 and 1061 are Attribute values for colors.

Then we upload Sizes as well.

In Prestashop upload spreadsheet, the only field is "Option". How does it know whether the data under "Option" is for the Option value "Color" or for the Attribute "Black/Silver"?

In summary, how do I create an import to assign colors to each product.

And, for sizes, is there a way to assign size values for a category of products?

This is, so far, the only problem that is preventing the migration to PrestaShop.
