USPS Module Problems

Is there a way for the USPS module to pick up different package sizes for different product combinations? Right now combination entries are not possible for the width, height, and depth of the package, but only one such setting per product. I ask this because I'm trying to sell a picture with different frame sizes or no frame at all. Currently, the USPS module only adjusts product combinations for weight differences.

Another problem I’m having with the USPS module is that when I try to use the “Product Settings” feature to set a shipping price for an individual product, none of my products show up on the listing there. It just shows a long blank list.

A last problem I'm having with USPS is that unless I'm signed in so that the system knows my address, shipping is displayed as $0.00 for all products when they are added to the cart. Is there a way to ask customers for their zip codes when a product is added to the cart so that shipping is calculated correctly.
