Howto: make attributegroups depend on other attributes/groups?

Hi,
Is there any existing module or configuration available that will make it possible to not to show all attributegroups and show them when a attribute is chosen.

E.G.

I choose the attribute "Yes" in the first group (1).
A second group(2) with attributes will appear.
But if the attribute "No" in the group (1) is chosen
A third group(3) appears instead of group(2).

In short, is there anyway to make groups dependent of each other and make the ones not available hidden.
