Export a language : Bug

bonjour,
pour udpater la version prestashop de 1.0 vers la 1.1 , il faut passer par l'étapre "Export a language".
seulement en sélectinonant la langue exporter, et en cliquant sur le bouton "Export", une page apparait avec :

quel serait la solution á ce Bug.

? Serait-ce dû au droit de lecture et d'ecriture quelque part sur un des fichiers sur le serveur .
