cyclochick
I upgraded my store to v1.4.2.5 and everything seemed successful. I can view my front-office store (i.e. the customer facing side) but I can't get to the back office side to manage the store. The URL I would manage my store at before the upgrade was like this: www.mystore.com/prestashop/manage. When I try to hit this same URL after upgrading, my browser says (I've removed the actual URL):Server errorThe website encountered an error while retrieving . It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.Did the URL for managing the store change? If so, what do I add on to the end of my URL to access the back office login? Thanks!! Asenar
Hi,after upgrading, be sure to have the correct admin files. You are the one who decide of the back-office url (only /admin is forbidden, for security reasons). Just connect by ftp and check your directory name.If this not fix your problem, can you please send me your ftp access by private message ?Regards,
