google check out shipping ??? 2.4.5

I am using pestrashop 2.4.5 and i am trying to get google check out to over ride my taxes and shipping. My taxes work when i check out but when i go for shipping it doesnt cost anything its free. I dont want that. I want Google check out to calulate what i programed it to do. I try checking the box

If you click this box, buyers will be able to see the shipping fees you have setup in Google Checkout on the purchase page.

but when i try saving it. it goes unchecked again. this is driving me nuts.
