[Solved] Modifications not showing in back office

Hi.

Just upgraded to 1.4.2.5 with success. Started entering new products and modifying existing. Modifications not showing in back office but showing on web site. Modifications such as correcting text, changing names of attribute groups or evening updating the number of days a product is new from 10 to 1 - it doesn't show.

Also, trying to add an attribute group. It says creation successful but it does not show in the list.

What's bizarre is that it has all been working but today it's not. Nothing has changed that would affect it.

What on earth is happening? Any help please? I can't complete my product listings and can't go live with my shop.

Interestingly yesterday, back office kept telling me aI had 136 sub categories in my home category which has only 8. Today it shows 8 correctly !

I think it is a cache issue, please try this.

- go back office
- click preferences tab
- click performance sub tab

1. at Smarty section change:
force compile : yes
cache: no

2. at bottom section, disable cache.
