Change default button colors

I want to change the button colors (button files) of the default prestashop template.

What kind of software do you use to change these buttons or create new ones?

Do you happen to have a sample file (PSD) for me?

There are loads of websites for making buttons which i use, then I use photoshop to edit the files and join the buttons together to create the 3-layered buttons
