How to have a number of products for a fixed price

I need to know if it is possible for a customer to add a certain number of products to their cart and when it hits a certain number, a fixed price is applied.

For example, if a customer adds four products to the cart they are charged at their normal price. But if they add a fifth, a fixed price is automatically applied.

I don't think there is normal way to do this. PrestaShop have quantity discount, but not quantity price increment, it is in opposite way.

But there is one walk around. You can create a new carrier that charges based on price or weight ranges.
so you set the products the way that shipping charge will be increased.

For example,

0 - 9.99 kg USD 0
10-15 kg USD $5

Each product is 2 kg, if customer has less than 5 items, shipping charge is 0, but when it reaches 5 items, $5 will be added.

I want it to be that the customer pays the normal pricing but as soon as they hit 5 products in the cart, the charges are overridden to a nominated amount.

I would be great to have this as an option. If it exists, how do I apply it without a voucher code?
