164 SQL error occured at the end of the upgrade

Hi,
i don't know if i have to write in french or in english heheh

i upgraded mywebsite, from 1.3 to 1.4.2 .5, everything ran well, but at the end, they said that the upgrade was done, however

164 SQL error occured

i don't know what does it means, however the backoffice seem to work and the front office too.
my worries is that i gonna spend tons of hours working on it, and i don't want to discover later on that there is a big issue in the upgrade, can someone help and explain me.
