shokinro
it seems working for me. I just did a test and it is working fine.you can take a look at this http://expresscheckout.dyndns.org:8080/shop1410/.but make sure the image file is really there and permission is set correct as 644.(some server set default permission to somethings else)the images should be generated under following folderYourSiteRoot/img/cms/But I do find a issue if you use the advanced function of image like rollover.and I found a walk around for this, see this thread for detail.http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/114223
CB
The images are in the path where I am uploading them from, but I did not know about the permissions thing. Where do I go to set permissions? Thank you for the response.
shokinro
You can check the permission via file manager of site control panel or FTP tool.Check the property of the file.
CB
Thanks again for your reply and quick response here today. My 1.3* site is my live site and 1.3* does not have the cms file in img but the images for the store are being stored by default in the "c" in the img folder and the picture was loaded there and have the correct permissions but is still not loading. When I enter the path (and I have checked multiple times to ensure the path is correct) the preview image shows as a question mark). I have a test site (my 1.4*) which does have a cms folder and I put a copy of the image there as well with the correct permissions. I set the path and I go to load the picture and the preview and the image just show as one of those broken icon images suggesting that it cannot read the image and so it is still not showing. So it is still not working anywhere. The images can be jpg or png correct?
