New template problem "config.xml is not for your ps version"

Hey,

I just wanted to install a new free template for my prestashop and I got the following error:

config.xml is not for your ps version

I´m using the newest shop version and it looks like that the template is not copatible with it.
I tried to upload the dump data in my database but I crashed my shop with that and so I reinstalled it and didn´t upload this.

Any chance so I can use this template?
