Having trouble updating pretashop to new version and lost my moduals tab please help ASAP!

I would like to install the new stable version of prestashop but am not very techy and I keep getting an error. I also moved to a new VPS hosting platform recently and for some reason when I click on modules I see nothing. Could someone help me out? I will pay someone to help me get my site up to par. Also the site is located at www.topchoicesupplements.com and I can not figure out how to get the links at the bottom of the page to show up!
