Problems with upgrading from 1.3.1.1 to 1.4.2.5 (stable)

Greetings!

I've decided to upgrade my shop to current version and during upgrade I get error saying

One or more errors have occurred, you can find more informations below or in the log/installation.log file.

So, that's what that log file contains:

Any idea's on what's going wrong? I've tried to upgrade it few times, on both xampp and hosted server where my shop is, both give me the same error.
