Note area single page checkout

Hi Presta users!

I find some missing elements, that could be great if modify it in the next revisions of PS

When somebody registering in the shop normally, there is a comment area under the address block where customer can give us more information about the order

if someone just want to order without purchase (this is a native ps 1.4 option)
there is no comment area!

My question is, how to enable this important function to the customers who don't want to register but purchase...?

Please help us solve this problem!

If somebody purchase without registering PS 1.4.1

the system jumps over the adress section where is a comment/Note area to let the customer leave extra message to the order!

This is problem!

The solution could be left a message when someone just fill the purchase without registering form


but how to transport this box under the form???????


(I mean this is a native 1.4 solution not the pwr plugin!!!)
