Increase File Size Limit

I didn't think I could increase the file size limit for PrestaShop, and I found a way to do it in Magento, so I decided to switch to Magento.

Needless to say, I need to find a way to increase the upload size for files in PrestaShop.

I can't find any php.ini file for PrestaShop, so I'm guessing there's something else.

So, how do I increase the file size limit for uploads?
