CB
I own an outdoor sporting goods shop and have been using v 1.3.4. I am moving towards transitioning towards 1.4 for the additional shipping features. My delima is this - I had to modify the coloring of the "my account" module in the front end because the default color is a variety of pink colors. I doubt that the conversion to 1.4 will pick up my changes. I wish that either prestashop will have a module option to change this color or pick another color all together. Pink does not bode well for many shop types. Red would even be better, but pink just is not going to be a good option for my customers. Is there an option in 1.4 to change this coloring becuase it was a real pain to change this in 1.3 and I was able to make the changes to it before going live when I started using prestashop, but I don't think I have the option to change it without going live , with the transition to 1.4. dunkrecords
I'm having the same problem here. I only installed my prestashop today and I'm really stoked about it but it would be awesome if this issue gets resolved.
shokinro
For 1.4x, you change the MyAccount style in following fileYourSiteRoot\themes\prestashop\css\modules\blockmyaccount\blockmyaccount.cssYou may also need to change some background images too. CB
That works for the most part; however, when making the changes in the images, I changed them to ones that are supposed to be the same size, etc but have the darker gray color to give a similar look to the checkout...when I did this I lost the rounded corners and so now the my account section is the only module that is boxy. It works but inconsistent with the rest of the layout. Any way I can get the rounded corners back so everything looks consistent? Thanks for the help though, much better than the pink. dunkrecords
I think the best way to keep the layout consistent is to open those header images in photoshop and put them in the color you want. That way you don't even have to edit the .css file.Or you need to set the background color somewhere in the .css file to the same of your website background which will make the corners invisible.
