Reset follow up emails Next process will send 0 emails

Hi,

I have just tried to use the follow up module, but I ran into a problem when I ran the cron job. Because of the amount of emails that were being sent my webhost stopped blocked them. I kept receiving emails saying that I have exceeded the max emails per hour (300) allowed. Message discarded.

I have spoken to my webhost and they are changing this for me.

But now when I go into the follow up module, it says that the "Next Process will send 0 emails"

Is there away I can reset all of these so I can run them again.

Any help will be very much appreciated.
