Adding a banner/image to item discription

Hi everyone, does any one know how easy it would be to add a banner to the bottom of all item discription. Basicaly my website sellers plants but there size vary from small 9cm pots to large 15 litre pots.

So what I want to do is add a banner to the bottom of all item discriptions which says "no your pot sizes" and link it to a new pagfe which shoes pictures off all available pot sizes so they no what size plant they are buying.

Anyone now if this can be.
