'in store' only items and web exclusive prices

Hey guys, been trying to work this out for a few days

On some products we do not wan't customers to order online, we would rarther them pop into our store to purchase these products. Is there away in which we can have products listed and there quanties shown but then add to cart is replaced by a string of text, now I know I can do this in the php code by doing

{if}

statements in each category, but I would rather not do this as it will be very time consuming and not easy to manage, however can i somehow make a 'global' varible which will display an extra check box in the back office, which will will store a value in the products database of yes or no, so that I only have to write the block of code once instead of writing

{if}

statements for each category?


Also is there any way I can do a 'web exclusive price', and also include the in-store price bellow it like on PCWORLD? see attached photo (: I think i can probably do this by adding an extra field to the products database, modding the category.tpl, product.tpl and modding the back office products editor to include an extra text field but I'm unsure, any help with this would be great (:
