Cant set anything in back office, also front office doesnt work correctly - cant put to cart

Hello,
i have a problem with my eshop. Two days ago, I set on the "friendly url", then i generated the .htacces file. Everything seemed to work correctly. Yesterday I found out, that I cannot set anything in back office. I cant set any atribute on or off. When I set something and I press "save" it writes, that it was saved succesfully, but nothing happens. I cannot do anything (turn products on/off, turn modules on/off.......) Also in front office, I cant make a registration, or put anything to cart.

I tried to delete the .htaccess file but no result. I cant turn the friendly urls off, because i cant turn off anything.

When I try to set something - sometimes it writes this error log > (Got error -1 from storage engine)

Could anybody help me please?
