Help! prestashop1.4.1.0 the Pre-tax retail price + UK standard rate (20%) = Retail price with tax ?

When I used prestashop1.4.1.0 to add a new product, I found that the Pre-tax retail price + UK standard rate (20%) = Retail price with tax.
i.e., In back end-->catalog-->add new product-->Pre-tax retail price：100-->Tax rule: UK standard rate (20%) -->however, Retail price with tax is still 100 (no change!)
Furthermore, when I change the Retail price with tax, the Pre-tax retail price also changes as the same.

Is there some bug here, please give me a help, thanks.

Have the same problem! Have updated to 1.4.2 and still have that problem. Have seen in some other thred that some code needs to be replaced, but hey, I have no idea what to replace! Plz some one help!
