Tranplanting module loses css

I have installed a testimonials module on 1.4.2.4 (latest SVN) version during testing and I can get it to work fine when hooked into the left column but when I transplant it to the right colum it does not load the CSS file dedicated to the block and therefore it loses its formatting. If I hook it into left and right at the same time both appear correctly but as soon as I unhook from the left the right stops working.

Any ideas anyone?

I have exactly the same issue. E.g. blockcart.css is not loading.

I'm not sure what happend exactly: Moving the position or make changes directly in the CSS blockcart.css...
