Changing the email subject from 'Package in transit' status

I'm using two languages in my webshop, english and slovene, default is slovene. When I enter tracking number for english customer on BO orders page, a customer receives an email with subject in slovene language, instead of english one. With other statuses he gets english language. So how can I make 'Package in transit' to apear for english customers?

I also noticed, that if I send a message to a english customer through BO, the subject of email is sent in slovene language, content of the message is in english. So how can I fix this?

As far as I have noticed until now, these problems with email subject language are only appearing when entering tracking number (and email 'Package in transit' is emailed to the customer) and when I contact the customer trough BO. So if I select BO language as english, then also subjects of emails 'package in transit' and 'Message regarding order no. xxxx' are in english. If I select other (slovene) BO language then both subjects are in slovene. So how can I make this subject languages according to selected customer language, same as language of content of this emails?
