[Solved] Upgraded 1.4.0.to 1.4.1 Modules I uploaded not showing in BO/Modules list

I upgraded from 1.4.0 to 1.4.1. I uploaded a few free addon modules from my desktop, got from Presta Modules (Sort categories manually, OLark live chat, Print labels). After uploading, the modules do not show in the BO/Modules list for configuring and are not installed/show on my website. After uploading, modules show on my website's server in folder Modules. Presta 1.4.1 does not have category 'Other Modules' in BO/Modules list, into which uploaded modules appeared in 1.4.0. What should I edit? I do not know PhP but can open PhP files and edit with given instructions. I presume Presta 1.4.2 will solve these issues and also have new features (shipping by pin code/city).

Solved by clicking RESET button on the top right of control panel/Modules page - all modules appeared
