Remove link from categori tree

How can i remove the link from the head category in my category tree.. I still want the sub categories to have active links??

edit:

{l s='Categories' mod='blockcategories'}

to:

{l s='Categories' mod='blockcategories'}

I try to remove the link in the name of top menu blockcategories I have delete like Sampras99 said and that not working.
