beanfan78 Posted May 27, 2011 Share Posted May 27, 2011 We have seem to hit the wall for the amount of categories we can have, 10. Is this correct? We try to add more and it's just not possible. Also we have been trying to add products and we don't recieve any errors after adding it but then they are gone as soon as we try to save them. So we can't add more of anything at this point. tomerg3 Posted May 27, 2011 Share Posted May 27, 2011 I am not aware of it, can you post a screen shot of the page after you try to save a new product or category?Was this a new installation or an upgrade? beanfan78 Posted May 27, 2011 Author Share Posted May 27, 2011 I will do a screenshot, but there are no errors so there isn't anything to see. It saves as normal and when we check nothing is there. I have never seen this before. Its a fresh install and I don't have any third party stuff. I just through a random name for it in there and the only thing that came up after clicking save and go back to category is "Creation Successful". However, its not added.
