It's really not free. None of the templates can be downloaded. You are always redirected to a different page.

It seem that you didn't go through the site CAREFULLY. After clicking on the template , request a quote as per stated instructions with heading "free theme".

We are getting too many request for free theme. would take a bit time to send you the theme.

It is confusing and weird that after choosing one of your free themes that we are redirected (says 30seconds but in reality after less then 5 seconds) to a registration form with "request a quote" . We have to guess how it is going on further or what steps to take and what's very important: what happens with our personal information?

When I look trough your site and correct me if I am wrong, you only offer free PS themes in connection with your hosting services. I even don't find any PS themes (free or payable) in your "store" or "templates" section of your site, only a redirect "click here to view our free prestashop templates". That's it. No download section!

You have to understand that your way of offering free PS themes is very confusing and odd to me.

We are getting too many request for free theme. would take a bit time to send you the theme.

Why not via a download section (saves time!)?

I would like to share following informations with you about the download process of prestashop themes :
1. We are not sharing any personal information about any visitors of our website, all the informations are highly secured with us. So, there is nothing to worry about your shared contact information with us.

2. We are getting a lot of requests for prestashop free themes, containing garbage informations, even the visitors are not entering there correct mail information to get the download link, that's the reason we have disabled our automated download system. We are sending free themes to only those visitors, who are entering there information correctly (Even correct email address), we are doing it manually now. This is the reason of delay in reply.

3. We are using a form to fill up before sending the download link in order to check the popularity of the themes in various categories. There is no any other reason for filling a form. As we were getting garbage information filled through form by various automated bots, we have applied the captcha section there (you can see in the form).

So, this is the complete information for your enquiry. If you need to get your template delivered immediately, please send us correct mail id through our request a quote page. This will definately help you to deliever your selected template to your mail id. And don't forget to mention the name of your theme in the enquiry section.
