NoDo you get this all the time, or are you able to complete any paypal transactions? Yes I have had several successful transactions. One of my customers told me that Pay Pal would not allow a Canadian address and the other 3 emails I received regarding the Error were automated. In other words as far as I know there was no customer, I just received there automated emails letting me know my site experienced this error.
