How to do this? (language. currency and cart)

I need to get same look as in the picture.

So 1) how can I leave only a single flag?
2) how can I have these 3 currencies (or only one)?
3) where I can find this kind of cart, that collapses only when clicked?

1) disable in your BO the languages you don't require
2) disable or enable in your BO the currencies or create one

Thanks, actually I supposed to have to do in this way but I can't find how in BO of PS 1.4.1

Do I have to go Modules/positions/language block and manually write the exceptions? and if yes, what files name I have to write before .php?

1) I disabled via my BO --> Tools --> Languages the languages I don't want in my PS
2) Via BO Payment --> currencies you can delete, disable or add currencies.
