Not all my payment options show up on "Payment" page.. Help pls

Hi,

Just out of curiousity, exactly how many payment options can one have to show on the "Payment" page (the last step of Order process) ?

This is because I have 6 payment options, all of them are correctly installed and configured.. but to some reason, only 3 show up on the Payment page. And the interesting part, they show up randomly per checkout session.

So, for Checkout session #1 --> payment options 1,2,4 show up. Session #2 --> payment options 3,2,5 show up.
Session #3 ---> 1,2,5. Im wondering what might cause this, I've been playing around with the settings, the code, the database.. basically everything but it's still there

If someone could help, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
