Language selection for new module

I install and translated my website to Turkish .Everything is working fine .I recently install new module new products module to display products on home page . It is displaying in English . The Turkish translation file is on modules folder with country cod tr.php but for some reason still showing in English after I select Turkish language .

the prestashop version is 1.4.0.17

I tried module translation from admin tools but I am newbie and it requires to give write permissions for every single language file for all modules . Is there is any easy way to to implant the turkish translation to module ?
Any help please
