Problems on the Russian forums

Hi Russian Community,

Sorry to speak you in English, my Russian is not fluent enough... :/

I have been warned of some problems occuring on this forum and I discovered this topic :

This one is absolutely not acceptable! I closed it.

If you have problems with other members of the community who do not respect the forum's rules, you must contact me about it.
You must not start a "local war" here, whether it'd be against a member or against a moderator.

Moderators have our complete confidence and they MUST be respected. The members who will publicly denigrate them will be banned.

I you encounter real problems with moderators, you must let me know what happens (with examples).
