Please Advise....php forms, account log-in, and order completion notworking

I have been working on this site for some time and now I have went through and tested the entire site and half of it is not working.

The contact form, shopping cart and account log in is not working as well as the ordering process!

Please help, this site is supposed to be done for a client of mine and this is the first time I have used an open source software like this. I have stumbled through all the files and modules and cant find any missing information.

The only thing that I can see is that my template design is a little different from the version that I am running. But still on the 1.3 platform.
