[Solved] No Carrier Available To Delivery

I been looking for one week how to solve this problem but i can`t.
I been reading lot of this forum treads about carriet but still doesnt works for me.

Maybe Someone knows how to repear this problem with carrier

"No Carrier Available To Delivery"

Did you configure a new carrier? (shipping->carriers)

Did you create new ranges for it (Shipping->wieight / price range)?

Does the shipping calculation method matches the ranges? (By weight or by price)?

Did you define the fees (Shipping tab bottom), you much select the carrier and click save, even if there are no fees.

For what it's worth, I experienced the same error after I upgraded and abused an installation due to the original being too old (1. 2 ish) and jumped straight up to 1.4.0.17 and created a right mess up but learned a lot ;)

The answer in my case was that old customers did not have a default group ticked as the old version did not know about groups. New customers automatically have one defined.
